Borrow books

If you have searched for a book in our Online Catalog and we do not have it, please access the WorldCat database. Search for the book and once you have found a record or records for it, select the record with the most holdings. Then select the ILL tab to enter your information in the request form. Don't forget to press "submit."

  • WorldCat
Over 179 million items cataloged by 55,000+ OCLC member libraries including material dated before 1000 BC to the present.

Locate and request articles

If you are searching for an article from 1990 to present, use the ArticleFirst database.  You can limit your search by article title, author, source (publication); more limiters are available. If your article is located, select the ILL tab and complete your contact information.

(NOTE: If you can't find your article in ArticleFirst, you may need to use WorldCat and search the name of the journal.)  Select the record with the most holdings. Note if that record selected has the correct date of the article you are seeking. Then select the ILL tab and enter your contact information and then make sure you enter the citation of the article in the comments section of the request.

Please be aware that these items may take 7 to 10 days to arrive at LMC so give yourself plenty of time if you need items by a certain date.

  • ArticleFirst
Index of articles from the contents pages of over 16,000 journals, dating 1990 to present.
