Definition:
OER are teaching, learning, and research resources that reside in the public domain or have been released under an intellectual property license that permits their free use and re-purposing by others. Open educational resources include full courses, course materials, modules, textbooks, streaming videos, tests, software, and any other tools, materials, or techniques used to support access to knowledge. The second tab (Open Textbook Collections) provides a list of open textbooks from various sources in higher education.
The third tab (OER Repositories) provides a list of OER repositories, which provide links to open textbooks, course guides, syllabi, assignments, slide shows, tests, etc.
The following tabs provide you with a sampling of open textbooks available that align with LMC's Academic Programs.
